microsoft.public.crm :: excel cacpture crm field data


	excel cacpture crm field data hi all i have a button call "convert to excel" at new quotation, any one have any idea how to capture the data field in crm interface and display it at excel ? Any help will appreciate for it, Thank you If you write a query in Excel it can retrieve the information from CRM and show it in an Excel spreadsheet. I am also a beginner at CRM but I found I could follow this KB article and write my own queries (if you have written queries before in Access it is fairly similar). The article on writing the queries is http://www.micrsoft.com/dynamics/crm/using/reporting/multentity.mspx This may be more than you need to do but it should work.
