Emails got squished in my mailbox while using direct email feature of CRM 3.0


Emails got squished in my mailbox, ( i.e. Linefeeds/ carriage return
got removed) when I send a Direct E-mail using an E-mail Template for
a list of selected records (Leads, Account ...).

When I send an email individually from record's level (i.e. Creating
new activity for a record) using the same E-mail template, it doesn't
got squished!!!

I wondering why the e-mail gets squished only I'm sending them using
Direct email feature! Does anybody know why the e-mail gets squished?

Not sure on this, can you post the steps that you took when this
occurred?

Could you use the marketing functionality instead?  The list creation
incorporates the same advanced find structure as used in list
views....so it might be a quick solution.  If not, go ahead and post a
walk through example.

Thanks for your reply.

The steps which I took to send direct emails was,
1) Created the template content in Microsoft Word 2003 (with linefeed)
2) Created a personal e-mail template in MSCRM 3.0 by copy/ past the
content designed in step 1
3) In lead list more than one record were selected
4) Clicked the Send Direct E-mail button in List view toolbar.
5) Selected the personal e-mail template that is created in step 2 and
send emails with the "Sent emails only to selected records" option
selected.

by following above steps the emails send out for the selected list of
records. Once I open up the mail in the mailbox the linefeed which I
provided has got removed.

4) Insert the template created in to the body of the e-mail activity
5) Send the e-mail

by following above steps the email send out for a record. Once I open
up the mail in the mailbox the linefeed which I provided has preside
as the same as I designed.

you come across any cause/ solution for this issue.
