450 and 450 Error Message


I am not a computer expert, so need help.  I am trying to send to one person
via Outlook/Comcast and I'm getting a 450 [TEMPFAIL] message when I reply to
his message and a 550 [PERMFAIL] message when I send a clean message.  I can
send directly from Comcast's site, but not through Outlook.  Comcast says
it's Outlook or the recipient. The recipient says its comcast.  I have
searched online to find a solution and I haven't been successful.  Can anyone
walk me through a solution?
